Compassion and understanding
My journey began the moment I heard the word cancer in March of 2015. I was so overwhelmed and frightened. I wondered how long it would take me to lose my hair because of the treatments. When I initially saw my hair falling out, I knew I had to face the fact that I would be without hair and I would have to wear a wig. I was so fortunate to find a salon that offered compassion, understanding and a wig that was very much like the hair I had lost. Today I’m on a mission to offer the same experience that I so gratefully received, to you. during this complicated time. My goal is to make you look your best and in the process help you to be your best.

I went there prior to starting treatments to get prepared. As odd as it may sound, what I thought was going to be an upsetting experiencing turned out to be such a fun comforting experience. I embraced what I was going to be going through and tried on many different types of wigs. But, what was most important Rosemary understood what I was going through and offered compassion, understanding and had wigs very much like the hair I was going to lose.

A house of wigs is above and beyond everything I was looking for! I have alapecia and although it's aesthetically depressing and unfortunate, I never want anyone to feel sorry for me because I am very healthy and blessed for that. I was in search for my 4th wig... because none of them lasted for various reasons...mostly being lied to on how to take care of them... I called house of wigs and right away by the time of the owners voice (yes she answers her own phone) I felt at ease. I made the trip feeling like nothing would go right and it was perfect. I found my wig within 10 minutes w rosemaries help and confidence in telling me I'll find something... I didn't like the color so she had that same wig in the color I wanted overnited to the shop.when I went to try it on and pick it up a week later, I had Teresa her stylist patiently and slowly cut the bangs to my liking.. I honestly have never experienced more kind, professional, patient, inviting and empathetic customer service!
I literally felt as though I was in my moms living room w family! I will be back when needed!
